Blogbus closed series A funding and it's function introduction

Leading blog services provider Blogbus closed series A funding today. The investors are Japanese venture capital JAIC and Japanese network advertisement agent Cyber Agent. The amount is $3 to 5 million. According to Dou Yi, founder of Blogbus, this is the largest series A funding among Chinese BSPs.

Blogbus is quite different from other Chinese BSPs,their homepage is away clean and 'green' with few improtant or interesting links on it.

It's easy to asociate Blogbus with Blogger.com,they both have features & functions like

• Simple Homepage
• Friendly url (ended with .html)
• Supporting an FTP connection to external web host (for the VIP account)
• Simple but elegant themplates,and easy to edit
• Need to rebuild after writing a post and this process will take a long time when there are over 50 posts in you account
• Sometimes(if not aways :) ) you can't visit the blogs

Another important update of Blogbus was launching "BlogBus Pindao"(Pindao means Channel in Chinese) which allows anybody to promote posts from any BSPs or Personal Blog.hengge says they are going to make Pindao a "Blog Media" like about.com and Engadget.
