Everything seems to be OK - I mean thanks to the alternative solution provided by feedsky, Chinese bloggers have chances to re-count how many readers they actually have and to know if they are really as influential as the feedburner statis presented. However, there are three more things that I think need to make people known.
- Domestic online RSS Readers can load feedburner feeds. Like many people's prediction, China-based online RSS Reader providers must do whatever they can do to keep feedburner feeds available in their RSS Readers. Technically, not very difficult to realize that, simply use the proxies.
- Carsten has found new open proxies to access to feedburner directly, read his post for details.
- Feedsky is obviously the best substitute presently, while some foreign blogger do not know how to set up a feedsky feed for their Chinese readers, Rick Martin has wrote a very detailed article with pictures on how to do that. But... I have a not very pleased old information to tell Rick, that Feedsky already had an English language interface months ago, they didn't announce :( It's all feedsky's fault, they didn't officially tell others about their English edition even in their English Blog ( Can this prove that in Asia, connection is extremely important for getting infomation?).
